Krabu Grupp acquired Catapult Labs

According to the agreement signed between the owners in January, Krabu Grupp acquired 100% of the shares of the Catapult Labs software development company. Both entities have been operating in the Estonian market for about 10 years – the merger will allow to create new opportunities for development and mutually strengthen market positions.

According to Kirill Krabu, Chairman of the Board of Krabu Grupp, the acquisition of Catapult Labs will allow the group to more actively utilize the opportunities offered by the IT market, since Catapult’s technological competencies are in demand in both the private and public sectors.

“We have been cooperating for over a year, and based on the results of our joint projects, we can already say that we are one team. At Krabu Grupp, we are constantly looking for opportunities to develop our business, and I am sure that both companies will benefit from the agreement reached,” said Kirill Krabu, Chairman of the Board of Krabu Grupp.

Krabu Grupp mainly focuses on IT business development, project management, analysis and UX/UI services, while Catapult Labs stands out for its technical skills in the field of programming. Together, the two companies form a team capable of successfully completing projects of any complexity in the private or public sector.

Krabu Grupp is currently actively operating in the Estonian public procurement market, implementing a number of projects in the areas of e-government, tourism, education, ecology and transport. Catapult Labs primarily works with private customers, the business portfolio includes projects performed for Scania, Fujitsu, Pipedrive and other international enterprises. Together, the two companies are implementing a number of e-government software development projects in Estonia.
