Providing Simultaneous Interpretation for the Estonian Government

The Government Office of Estonia and the translation agency belonging to the Krabu Grupp have signed an agreement on providing simultaneous interpretation service for government press conferences.
According to the agreement, Krabu Grupp will provide simultaneous interpretation from Estonian to Russian at regular press conferences of the Estonian Government. The services of the interpreters will also be used, if necessary, for interpreting other media events of the Government Office, such as briefings and press conferences.
“The contract signed with the government is an important recognition for the interpreters of our agency, which has been providing services for more than 12 years. We will do everything in our power to ensure that important information about government decisions is available to as many people as possible in the best possible quality,” said Kirill Krabu, head of the Krabu Lang translation agency.
Primarily, the contract covers the simultaneous interpretation of government press conferences, these conferences take place in the Stenbock House press conference room every Thursday starting at 12 noon.
